I booked a room with a big bed, a pay TV, a balcony, and a lounge. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very good! Stunning location and overall the staff was genuinely helpful and caring. There were the main shopping centre and a night market around the hotel.

Particularly good location to city centre especially in the heat, and 15 minute walk from a Zen-like gallery. Also - really close to surrounding temples as well as the town center. Honestly no complains at all.

The breakfasts were freshly cooked and large, with a variety of Cambodian options available. the hotel is conveniently located near the city center, which was perfect for exploring, especially in the hot weather.

The hotel is conveniently located near many local clubs, perfect for those who want to experience the nightlife. the staff is incredibly helpful and always happy to answer any questions about the area. It's also close to all the major tourist sites, making it easy to explore. the bus station is just a short distance away, making transportation a breeze. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a balcony that overlooks a beautiful pool.

Some guests mentioned that the restaurant and pool staff were not attentive, often requiring guests to go inside to place orders.

The hotel had an outstanding and reasonably good breakfast with a wide range of items to choose from. the location was marvelous and lovely for exploring Siem Reap. An old market and a market were right next door.

Spent this New Year in a gorgeous hotel with great complementary drinks and snacks. the location was perfect , close to all attractions and not too far from the airport. the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. the pool area was amazing for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The bed , it was quite squeaky and kept waking us up at night. everything else was top, notch and it didn't detract too much from the overall experience.

They really made an impression with their upbeat manner and affable personalities. Special mention to the waiter who was exceptional in his customer service. The leisure facilities were also top-notch, with a spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. we would highly recommend this place to anyone.
